和胃汤对胃肠运动障碍的调节作用

[摘要] 目的 观察和胃汤对胃肠运动障碍的调节作用。方法 采用黑色营养性半固体糊同时测定病理模型小鼠胃排空及小肠推进率，离体观察和胃汤对正常、亢进及抑制状态下离体兔肠管平滑肌的影响。结果 和胃汤对迟缓的胃肠运动有促进作用，对亢进的胃肠运动有抑制作用。结论 和胃汤对胃肠运动障碍有双向调节作用。
