[摘要] 目的 观察单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片(ISMN-SR)对老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者血压的影响。方法 将69例ISH患者随机分为A组与B组，A组35例口服ISMN-SR40mg，B组34例口服吲哒帕胺2.5mg，均每日1次，疗程均为8周。结果 用药后A组收缩压(SBP)显著下降(P<0.01)，但舒张压(DBP)用药前后无显著性差异(P>0.05);B组SBP、DBP均有显著下降(P均<0.01)。2组比较，DBP与脉压(PP)均有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。用药期间2组均无严重不良反应。结论 ISMN-SR能降低ISH患者的SBP，而对DBP影响不大，从而使PP减少，有利于ISH患者的降压治疗。
