血管性眩晕气虚血瘀型动物模型的建立

【摘要】 目的 建立一种操作简单、切实可行的具有病证结合特点的血管性眩晕气虚血瘀型动物模型。方法 先将组织硬化剂注射至模型组家兔左侧颈椎横突软组织以建立慢性椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)模型;并在此基础上采用饥饱失常、高脂饮食等复合因素制作出气虚血瘀证模型;然后用旋转法诱发动物产生眩晕症。观察造模前后大耳白兔的行为表现、体重、跳台耗时及脑血流图变化。结果 模型动物的脑血流量明显下降,跳台耗时明显延长,体重下降,行为表现发生改变。结论 该模型具有病证结合特点,能够很好地反映眩晕程度及眩晕持续时间,而且能很好地反映中医气虚血瘀证候。【关键词】 血管性眩晕;椎-基底动脉供血不足;气虚血瘀证;跳台耗时;脑血流量
