【摘要】 目的 探讨宫腔镜在宫颈管炎诊断和治疗中的作用。方法 对我科2005年3～9月40例慢性宫颈炎用宫腔镜检查。结果 发现慢性宫颈管炎性增生患者30例，并对该30例患者进行宫腔镜下病灶电切术且均治愈。结论 宫腔镜能明确诊断慢性宫颈管炎，并能进行有效的电切术。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe the effect of hyster scope in diagnosing and treating cervical canal inflammation.Methods Examined 40 cases of chronic cervical canal inflammation in our department during March～September 2005 with hysteroscope.Results 30 cases of cervical canal inflammable hyperplasia were found and all of them were cured through electric cut operation under the aid of hysteroscope.Conclusion Chronic cervical canal inflammation can be diagnosed definitely and electric cut operation made effectively with hysteroscope.
