     【摘要】目的探讨经阴道超声在各种异常子宫出血中的诊断价值。方法应用阴道超声检查异常子宫出血患者314例，并进行诊断性刮宫，比较两种方法的诊断价值。结果阴道超声检查子宫内膜息肉的敏感性为96.16%，子宫黏膜下肌瘤为85.71%，子宫内膜增殖症为60.94%，子宫内膜癌为60.00%。结论使用经阴道超声检查是异常子宫出血诊治过程中的重要环节，可提高子宫内膜息肉及子宫黏膜下肌瘤的诊断率，也是发现子宫内膜病变的一种廉价、无创的重要检查方法；超声监测可以作为异常子宫出血患者检查的初筛，而病理诊断可为内膜病变提供准确的诊断。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study on the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography in abnormal uterus bleeding vagina.Methods 314 cases of abnormal uterus bleeding underwent transvaginal ultrasonography and diagnostic uterine curettage.Then comparison of the accuracy between two methods was performed.Results The sensitive of the diagnosis of transvaginal ultrasonography in endometrial polypus,muscle submucosal myoma of uterus,hyperplasia endometrii and endometrial carcinoma was 96.16%,85.71%,60.94% and 60.00% respectively.Conclusion The study showed that it plays important role in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal uterus bleeding to perform transvaginal ultrasonography.It increases the diagnositic level of the endometrial polypus and submucosal myoma of uterus.It is not only an important ways to find pathogenic changes of the endometrium,but also a simple,cheaper and noninvasive methods to diagnose abnormal uterus bleeding.Transvaginal ultrasonography may be thought of the primary screening for the abnormal uterus bleeding,but the pathogenic check can provide the actual diagnosis of the pathological changes of the endometrium. ......
