浅谈超声在关节、肌肉显像与诊断中的优越性

【摘要】 目的 通过实践、实例充分体现出超声在关节、肌肉类疾病显像与诊断中的优越性，进而证明这种优越性的临床实际价值。方法 应用HDI-4000实践各类关节、肌肉损伤、肿物的超声探查，以了解探测深度、探查方法、血流情况，并可嘱患者行相应的肌肉活动，以便于更好显像与诊断。结合本院3例典型实例加以说明超声在这类疾病中的实际应用的优越性。结果 对32例患者探查，显像阳性率为75.0%，诊断准确率为86.3%，其中关节类疾病诊断准确率为84.0%。结论 论证得出超声在这一领域所具有的特异性科学理论。【关键词】 超声检查；关节；肌，骨骼；诊断
Advantages of ultrasound for the imaging and diagnosis of articular and muscular diseases

【Abstract】 Objective Ultrasonic advantages can be fully shown on imaging and diagnosis of articular and muscular diseases.The clinical practical value can be further proved.Methods HDI4000 was used to detect all kinds of joint and muscular hurts and tumour the situation of the blood flow to explore the depth and the method of ultrasonography,patients did some proper muscular activities if necessary.There were 3 typical cases in our hospital exhibited the advantages of ultrasonography.Results The results from 32 cases showed the imaging positive rate was 75.0% and the accurate rate was 86.3% with 27 cases (84.0%) of the joints illness.Conclusion Ultrasonography is a kind of special scientific approach to the diagnosis of articular and muscular diseases. ......
