【摘要】 目的 研究乳腺癌组织中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、C-erbB-2及P-gp基因的表达水平、相互关系及其临床意义。方法 乳腺癌组织常规石蜡包埋切片对其ER、PR、C-erbB-2及P-gp进行SP免疫组化法染色。结果 180例乳腺癌ER、PR、C-erbB-2及P-gp表达阳性率分别为51.5%、55.9%、48.2%和44.2%; C-erbB-2及P-gp随着临床分期增加和腋窝淋巴结转移数目的增加,其阳性表达率亦增加,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。ER、PR阳性表达率则相反,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。ER、PR阳性表达率与C-erbB-2及P-gp阳性表达呈负相关,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 C-erbB-2、P-gp是判断乳腺癌预后的有效指标。ER、PR与临床分期、淋巴结转移有一定关系，但不十分明显。

    Expression of C-erbB-2、P-gp and the hormone receptor in breast carcinoma and their clincal significanes

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression levels of estrogen receptor(ER)、progesterone receptor(PR)、C-erbB-2 and P-gP as well as their correlations and clinical significance in breast cancer tissues.Methods The assays of ER、PR、C-erbB-2 and P-gp were performed by immunohistochemical SP methods on the paraffin routinely embedded sections of specimens with breast cancer. Results The positive expression rates of ER、PR、C-erbB-2 and P-gp were 51.5%、55.9%、48.2 % and 44.2 %, respectively.The positive rates of C-erbB-2 and P-gp increased with the number of metastasis lymph node and clinical stage, and there was a significant correlation(P<0.05).The positive rates of ER and PR decreased with the number of metastasis lymph node and climcal stage, and there wasn’t significant correlation (P>0.05). ER and PR had a reverse correlation with the expression of C-erbB-2 and P-gP,but there wasn’t significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion These results indicated that C-erbB-2 and P-gP are useful prognostic factors in patients with breast cancer. The expression of ER and PR are associated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastases of breast cancer, although this relation isn’t significant. ......
