【摘要】 目的 探讨心理支持对临产后初产妇分娩方式的影响。方法 将406例经过检查确定能够试产的临产初产妇随机分为支持组(208例)和对照组(198例)。支持组除常规治疗外给予心理支持，对照组只给予常规的观察产程、检查、治疗等。结果 支持组的剖宫产率(8.2%)明显低于对照组(20.7%),差异有非常显著性( P<0.005)。结论 心理支持能降低临产后初产妇的剖宫产率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of psychological support on the mode of delivery of primigravida.Methods 406 primigravida in labor were randomized to a control trial, 208 of whom received psychological support from including medical staff and family members in a sweet environment accompanied with family members.The other 198 primigravida received routine labor service.Results The cesarean section rate of support group was lower than the control group(P<0.005).Conclusion Psychological support can decease the cesarean section rate of primigravida. ......
