【摘要】 目的 研究外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对DahlS高血压大鼠卵巢功能的影响。方法 以日本引进DahlS高血压大鼠为研究对象,应用放射免疫技术研究施以外源性bFGF对卵巢血β-内啡肽(β-EP)及性激素的影响。结果 施以外源性bFGF后，血压明显下降，血浆β-EP水平升高，且实验组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)；血清FSH、E2明显改善，分别是FSH实验组(4.68±2.76)u/L与对照组(11.45±3.20)u/L，两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)；E2实验组(76.72±11.53)pmol/L，与对照组(43.13±9.49)pmol/L比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 外源性bFGF既具有降压作用，又能作用于卵巢改善卵巢功能。

    【Abstract】 Objective The impact of given external bFGF upon the function of ovary in DahlS rat with hypertension.Methods DahlS hypertensive rats imported from Japan were selected as subject.
