四种抗抑郁药定量脑电图特征比较

摘 要 目的:观察三环类抗抑郁药阿米替林、去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂马普替林、选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂氟西汀和舍曲林的定量脑电图变化特征。方法:选择经DSM-IV诊断标准诊断的80名重度抑郁发作患者随机分为阿米替林、马普替林、氟西汀和舍曲林四个药物组,在治疗前、首次给最小剂量抗抑郁药9小时后、治疗1周后和治疗4周后进行脑电图的测定,并在治疗前进行Hamilton抑郁量表的测定。结果:抗抑郁药对脑电功率的影响主要在给药早期。结论:四种抗抑郁药在α频段和β频段具有不相同的脑电图特征。关键词 抗抑郁药;定量脑电图;特征
To Identify Quantitative Electroencephalogram(QEEG) Changes Caused by among Four Antidepressants

Abstract Objective: To differentiate the quantitative EEG (qEEG) changes caused by three categories of antidepressants, i.e. Amitriptyline (TCA), Maprotiline(NRI) and Sertraline and Fluoxetine(SSRI).Methods: Eighty patients with DSM-Ⅳ major depression were singled out and randomly divided into four treatment groups with Amitriptyline, Maprotiline, Sertraline and Fluoxetine. EEG' s was recorded respectively at the baseline, nine hours after single dose was administered, one week and four weeks after treatments. Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression was also rated at baseline. Results: The changes of antidepressants occurred nine hours after single dose. Conclusions: Antidepressants have different effects on EEG in alpha and beta frequency. ......
