【摘要】 目的 对Beckman-Coulter系列生化分析仪应用国产酶法试剂盒测定血清胆固醇的结果进行回顾分析。方法 总结该项目参加广东省临床生化室间质控评价活动7年的成绩，统计VIS值，分析回报数据。结果 20批次共52个室间质评样本的VIS值在0～143之间，平均VIS 39.8，其中45个样本的VIS值<80，成绩优秀率86.5%，合格率100%。结论 在Beckman- Coulter系列生化分析仪上应用国产酶法试剂盒测定血清胆固醇操作简便，方法可靠，结果准确。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the quality of cholesterol test by use chinese kit of cholesterol in Beckman-Coulter CX7、LX20.Methods We review and analyze the cholesterol data that we took part in Guangdong EQA for 7 years.Results There were 52 samples and 20 times test. The VIS was 0～143，X=39.8，the VIS was <80 in 45 samples，the data was excellent in 86.5% samples，all samples passed the test.Conclusion We can use Chinese kit to test cholesterol in the instrument of Beckman. It is accuracy and believable.
