【摘要】 目的 探讨平板运动试验(TET)心电图的变化与冠状动脉狭窄发生部位的关系。方法 选择108例TET阳性患者，同期(1个月内)行冠状动脉造影(CAG)，其中76例为CAG阳性，将其结果进行对照分析。结果 运动中、后ST段缺血性下降>0.10mV的导联在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V4、V5、V6出现频率高。结论 平板运动试验心电图ST段阳性出现的导联与冠状动脉的病变部位无明显对应关系。

    【Abstract】 Objective The relation of the changes of treadmill exercise test(TET)with the region of coronary artery disease was investigated.Methods Coronary angiography(CAG)and TET were done for 108 patients.The interval between these two procedures is less than one month.Results The Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V4、V5、V6 leads often appear the changes of ST segment fell more than 0.10mv.Conclusion The relation didn't exist with the ST segment change of TET and the region of coronary artery disease.
