超声对乳腺疾病的定性诊断研究

     【摘要】目的探讨超声对乳腺疾病的定性诊断价值。方法将术前经超声检查的111例患者118个乳房手术的超声定性诊断与病理结果进行对照分析。结果超声诊断乳腺癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤的敏感性、特异性、准性分别为89.66%、44.44%、78.95%和95.65%、37.5%、87.04%。结论超声对乳腺疾病的定性诊断具有很高的临床实用价值。

    The study of breast lesions diagnosed qualitatively by ultrasonography

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the ability of ultrasonography (US) to diagnose breast lesions qualitatively.Methods 118 breasts of 111 women who were confirmed pathologically after procedure were examined by ultrasonography before operation.The results of US of breast lesions were compared with those of pathology.Results In diagnosing carcinoma and fibroadenoma of breas,the sensitivity,speciality and accuracy of US were 89.66%,44.44%,78.95%and 95.65%,37.5%,87.04% respectively.Conclusion Diagnosing breast lesions qualitatively by US owns high practical value.
