     [摘要] 目的探讨股骨髁支持钢板内固定治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的初步效果。方法对25例股骨髁上、髁间骨折应用股骨髁支持钢板行内固定治疗。结果随访12～48个月，平均24个月，25例全部获骨性愈合，膝关节功能按Merchant评分标准评分总优良率为84%。结论股骨髁支持钢板内固定治疗股骨远端复杂骨折具有手术操作简便，对骨折处血供损害小，可提供坚强内固定，有利于骨折愈合和膝关节功能恢复等特点。

    EFFECTS OF CONDYLAR BRACED PLATES ON COMPLICATED DISTAL FEMORAL FRACTURES

    [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of Condylar Braced Plate(CBP) on complicated distal femoral fractures. MethodsTwentyfive patients with supracondylar or intercondylar femoral fractures were treated with CBP. ResultsAll cases were followed up for 12 to 48 months, averaging 24 months, and healed. The overall excellent and good rate of the knee joint function was 84% according to Merchant grading scale. ConclusionCBP is easy to operate, with minimal disruption of the blood supply in the fracture site, and can provide a stable and reliable fixation. It is helpful in fracture healing and the functional recovery of the knee joints. ......
