[摘要] 目的 观察玻璃体切割手术治疗外伤性眼内炎的临床效果。方法 回顾分析2001年2月～2003年8月在我院行玻璃体切割手术治疗的外伤性眼内炎病人18例的临床资料。结果 所有病人炎症得到控制，17例术后视力不变或有不同程度的提高，1例眼球萎缩，无1例眼球摘除。结论 玻璃体切割手术是治疗外伤性眼内炎的有效方法，手术越早，疗效越好。[关键词] 眼内炎；玻璃体切割术；治疗结果
TREATMENT OF TRAUMATIC ENDOPHTHALMITIS WITH VITRECTOMY

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of vitrectomy for endophthalmitis.MethodsThe clinical data of 15 cases (15 eyes) of traumatic endophthalmitis treated with vitrectomy from February, 2001 to August, 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsInflammation of all the cases were controlled, and visual acuity of 17 eyes improved. Eyeball atrophy occurred in one eye. No eyeball was extracted. ConclusionVitrectomy is an effective method for the management of traumatic endophthalmitis. The earlier the surgery, the better the result.
