[摘要]目的 观测大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注早期不同时间缺血侧纹状体内肿瘤坏死因子.α(TNF.α)及白细胞介素.1β(IL.1β)的动态变化。 方法 对60只雄性Sprague.Dawley(SD)大鼠采用大脑中动脉线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血模型，并随机将大鼠分为对照组、缺血再灌注组，每组30只。缺血再灌注组在大鼠脑缺血1h后进行再灌注。在再灌注1、3、6、12、24h，应用ELISA方法检测缺血侧纹状体TNF.α及IL.1β的动态变化。 结果 与对照组相比，脑缺血大鼠再灌注1h缺血侧纹状体TNF.α含量开始明显增高[(9.91±1.57)μg·(gPro)-1 ]，而IL.1β在再灌注3h后才有明显升高[(8.75±1.59)μg·(g Pro)-1 ]，TNF.α及IL.1β均于再灌注6h升高最为明显[(12.62±1.64，12.24±1.23)μg·(g Pro)-1 ]，然后逐渐下降，且至再灌注24h二者仍维持在较高水平[(9.81±1.53，8.52±1.49)μg·(g Pro)-1 ](均P<0.05)。 结论 局灶性脑缺血再灌注后早期TNF.α及IL.1β的含量增高可能在缺血再灌注性脑损伤的病理过程中起重要作用。
