摘 要：目的：观察血府逐瘀胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：治疗组50例，口服血府逐瘀胶囊(天津市宏仁堂药业有限公司)每日2次，每次0.4g，同时口服消心痛10mgtid，复方丹参片3片tid。对照组50例，消心痛10mg tid，复方丹参片3片tid治疗。两组疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组在缓解心绞痛、改善心电图缺血性改变以及降低血粘度方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：血府逐瘀胶囊在治疗冠心病心绞痛方面疗效确切。

    Observation on Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Xuefuzhuyu Capsules in Treating Angina Pectoris

    Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of Xuefuzhuyu capsules on angina pectoris.Method: The treatment group (n=50), Xuefuzhuyu capsules 0.4 P.O bid combined with Sorbitrate 10mg tid、 Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 tablets tid for 4 weeks. The control group(n=50),10mg tid,milteorrhiza 3 tablets tid for 4 weeks. The control group (n=50) ,10mg tid,Salvia miltoiorrhiza 3 tablets tid for 4 weeks. Result:It was better in the treatment group in alleviating the angina pectoris、improving the ischemic changes in ECG and reducing the blood viscosity than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical therapeutic effect of Xuefuahuyu Capsules was reliable in treating angina pectoris. ......
