【摘要】 目的 探讨在高原吸入液态氧对移居青年通气无氧阈值的影响。方法 将进驻海拔3700m半年的40名健康青年随机分为两组,每组20人。一组为对照组,受试者用EGM型踏车功量计做坐位踏车运动,初始负荷功率25W,每3min递增50W,以60rpm连续踏车直至力竭。另一组为试验组,在运动前10min开始用面罩吸液态氧,每分钟吸入量为4L,在踏车运动中全程吸氧,踏车方式同对照组。用O2-CO2气体测定仪分析每个负荷最后半分钟的O2和CO2,用心电图机同步记录心率。计算肺通气量(VE)、氧耗量(CO2)、二氧化碳产生量(VCO2)、呼吸商(RQ)及氧通气当量(VE/CO2)。结果 对照组和吸氧组在功率分别达75W和125W时VE、CO2、VCO2出现明显增加,RQ出现“转折点”,VE/CO2由下降转向上升。结论 在高原吸入液态氧能增加人体通气无氧阈,使肺功能得到明显提高。【关键词】 高原;液态氧;力竭运动;氧运输

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of liquid oxygen inhaling on anaerobic threshold in high altitude migrants.Methods 40 young men living at 3700m altitude for 6 months were randomly divided into control group and liquidoxygen group,they were asked to pedal the EGM bicycle ergometer about 60 rpm,and the resistance was progressively increased by 25W per 3 min up to exhaustion,but 20 subjects in liquid-oxygen group had previously inhaled oxygen (4L/min) for 10min until exercise over.Their heart rate (HR),the expiratory content of O2 and CO2 were recorded ......
