摘 要: 目的 讨论X线、CT在诊断脊柱骨折中的价值。 方法 回顾性分析120例脊柱爆裂骨折的影像学表现和临床资料。 结果 X线、CT显示椎体自然形态不同程度消失，骨质密度低，并见碎骨片向椎体周围膨出。 附件骨折(椎弓根间距增宽或变窄)压迫椎管，继发椎管狭窄，小关节紊乱、脱位，椎间盘突出，脊髓受压。 结论 良好的平片只显示脊柱二维结构，CT能显示脊柱的三维结构，可对爆裂骨折做出全面证实和诊断，对小关节紊 乱、脱位、椎间盘改变、椎管继发狭窄、脊髓是否挫伤等，CT诊断具有优势。
