摘 要：目的：探讨臀位矫正的适当时机及可行方法。方法：通过对妊娠28～36周154例臀位孕妇按32周前后分成两组，膝胸卧位加艾条灸至阴穴进行矫治，失败者辅以外倒转术进行胎位矫正，对其结果进行统计分析。结果：32周前77例孕妇中胎位矫正成功共72例，占93.5%，32周后77例孕妇中胎位矫正成功共55例，占71.4%，32周前胎位矫正成功率明显高于32周后，P<0.05。结论：臀位矫治时间应适当提前，妊娠28～32周胎位矫正成功率高，是臀位矫正的适当时机。

    Analyzing 154 cases Corrected foetal Circulation with Pelvic Presentation

    Abstract: Objective: To explore the time and way for correcting pelvic presentation. Method:154 cases gravida with pelvic presentation during pregnancy 28～36 weeks were divided into two groups from 32 weeks .They were underwent moxasticks moxibustion on privy parts points, for the failed ones were underwent correcting foetal circulation , and then analyzed the result stastically. Result: The success rate before and after 32weeks were occupied 93.5%(72 cases ) and 71.4%(55 cases )randomly. The success rate of before 32 weeks is superior obviously to after 32 weeks (p<0.05). Conclusion: The earlier of correcting foetal circulation , the higher success rate of pregnancy 28～32 weeks. ......
