摘 要：目的：探讨上前牙牙槽骨厚度不足情况下的种植方法。方法：于颏部正中取一矩形骨块,微型钛板及镙钉固定游离骨块和种植体。结果：所有种植体骨整合良好，术后4～6个月修复，形态和功能满意。 结论：上前牙牙槽骨严重不足的患者可以运用此方法种植修复，值得推广应用。

    Abstract：Objective： Discuss the method of implant for alveolar bone deficiency.Method： Take a rectangular bone from chin.Fix the autologous bone and implants with micro titanium mesh and screw. Result： All of the implants have good osseointegration . The denture were built after 4～6 months and all of the restoration have satisfactory modality and function. Conclusion: This method can be applied for the cases of bone deficiency .This method is worth widespreading.
