慢性化脓性中耳炎病人细菌感染分析

[摘要] 目的 了解慢性化脓性中耳炎病人病原菌群分布,为治疗提供依据。方法 采用厌氧培养箱,用抽气换气钯粒催化耗氧法造成厌氧环境,对65例中耳炎病人中耳分泌物进行厌氧菌及需氧菌分离培养。结果 65例病人中,有62例检出病原菌,总检出率为95.4%。其中纯厌氧菌和纯需氧菌分别为20.0%和35.4%,两者混合为40.0%。厌氧菌和需氧菌检出率分别为75.4%和60.0%。共检出细菌109株,厌氧菌和需氧菌各占45.0%和55.0%,平均每份阳性标本含菌株1.76株。结论 慢性化脓性中耳炎病人感染病原菌中以需氧菌多见,但同时厌氧菌也有较高的检出率,且混合感染多见。表明厌氧菌感染在慢性化脓性中耳炎中占有重要地位。[关键词] 中耳炎,化脓性;细菌,厌氧;细菌,需氧
AN ANALYSIS OF BACTERIAL INFECTION IN CHRONIC SUPPURATIVE OTITIS MEDIA

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution of pathogen flora in chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) and provide the evidence for the treatment. MethodsUsing anaerobic culture incubator, and anaerobic environment was created by using palladiu catalysis. Sixtyfive samples with CSOM were collected and cultured for anaerobic and aerobic bacteria separately. ResultsPathogens were found in 62 of 65 samples (95.4%), in which, 35.4% showed aerobic positive, 20.0% anaerobic positive, and 40.0% both positive. The detection rate of anaerobic and aerobic was 60.0% and 75.4%, respectively. The total 109 strains were isolated, including 45.0% anaerobes and 55.0% aerobes, with an average of 1.76 stains in one sample. Conclusion Aerobic bacteria were commonly seen pathogens in chronic suppurative otitis media, while anaerobes had a relatively high detection rate, and mixed infection was frequently encountered as well, which suggest of anaerobic bacteria play an important role in this disease. ......
