维生素C注射液在大鼠急性肺损伤中抗氧自由基的作用

     摘 要: 目的 了解维生素C注射液(VC)在大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)中的抗氧自由基作用。 方法 将实验动物随机分为实验和对照各6组,实验组动物用油酸损伤加VC,对照组用生理盐水替换VC。用检测丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽(GSH)和谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)来评定氧自由基水平,肺系数评定急性炎症肺水肿程度。取右肺尖组织做光镜病理学切片检查。 结果 VC干预可延缓油酸损伤导致的肺系数最大值,明显降低损伤后MDA水平,升高损伤后SOD、GSH和GSH-Px水平;光镜显示治疗组炎细胞 浸润与肺泡充血水肿程度由重至轻依次为:12 h、24 h、36 h、6 h组。 结论 维生素C是一种较强的抗氧化药物,常规剂量给予即能有效地降低MDA水平,提高SOD、GSH和GSH-Px水平,缓解ALI;给予间隔时间以不超过12 h为宜。
