[摘要] 目的 探讨凋亡抑制因子survivin和cmyc在食管鳞癌(ESC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法和Power VisionTM9000(PV9000)法检测60例ESC,15例食管良性肿瘤和10例癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中survivin和cmyc的表达。结果 60例ESC中survivin和cmyc的阳性表达率分别为71.67%和61.67%, 与食管良性肿瘤和癌旁食管正常黏膜组织比较均有显著性差异(χ2=16.29、23.45,P<0.001)。survivin和cmyc的表达强度与ESC的分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(Hc=2.24~16.03, P<0.05),与肿瘤长度及部位无关(Hc=0.04~0.51, P>0.05)。survivin与cmyc的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.60, P<0.01)。结论 survivin和cmyc均与ESC的发生发展有关,二者在ESC的发展过程中可能起协同作用。联合检测survivin和cmyc在ESC中表达水平,对判定食管癌恶性程度及预后可能具有重要参考价值。[关键词] 食管肿瘤;蛋白质survivin;蛋白质cmyc;免疫组织化学
EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF survivin AND cmyc IN ESOPHAGEAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo study the expression of survivin, cmyc and their significance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). MethodsThe expression of survivin and cmyc was detected immunohistochemically by SP and Power VisionTM9000(PV9000) methods in 60 cases of ESCC, 15 cases of esophageal benign tumor and 10 cases of adjacent normal esophageal mucosa. ResultsThe positive expression rate of survivin and cmyc in ESC was 71.67% and 61.67%, respectively. There was significant difference between ESCC and esophageal benign tumor, adjacent normal mucosa (χ2=16.29, 23.45; P<0.001). The expressive intensity of survivin and cmyc correlated with histopathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (Hc=2.24-16.03, P<0.05), but no correlation with the location and the length of ESC (Hc=0.04-0.51, P>0.05). The expression of survivin and cmyc showed significant correlation (r=0.60, P<0.01).ConclusionSurvivin and cmyc may play certain roles in the oncogensis and progression of ESCC, and work together in the development of the disease. Combined detection of the expression of survivin and cmyc may be useful for evaluating its infiltration, metastasis and prognosis. ......
