【摘要】 目的 对农村高龄老人的婚姻状况、经济收入、家庭和社会保障、日常生活能力以及居住状况的调查，为高龄老人的生活状况给予正确的评估。方法 采取整群随机抽样方法在奉贤区按东、南、西、北、中各抽取一个镇，共1634位80岁以上的高龄老人进行入户问卷式调查。结果 丧偶占69.58%，未上过学的为83.97%，月经济收入低于50元的占52.81%，有17.20%的高龄老人需要有人照料日常生活，对生活总体满意或较满意的占90.33%，家庭和社会保障、孤独寂寞是影响生活质量的主要因素。结论 高龄老人生活能力的低下、孤独寂寞、家庭和社会保障得不到满足，有必要采取针对性的社区干预措施。

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to exactly evaluate the aged living conditions,we investigated the county old people’s marriage state,earnings,family and social guarantee,daily living ability and resident condition.Methods There were one thousand six hundred and thirty four senile persons accepted questionnaire at home.With the method of cluster radomized sampling,these persons were drew out from five towns of the eastern,southern,western,northern and middle part of Feng Xian District respectively.Results Among them 69.85% had no couple,83.97% were illiterates,and whose monthly income was less than 50 Yuan accounted for 52.81%,there were 17.20% of them need daily care ,and 90.33% were satisfied or comparatively satisfied with life.Family and social guarantee,loneliness were leading factors which affected their life qualities.Conclusion It is necessary to take correspondingly community interfere measures to improve the aged lower living capacity,loneliness,dissatisfied family and social guarantee. ......
