【摘要】 目的 探讨灵芝精粉和孢子粉混合物抗肿瘤的免疫学机制。方法 采用Elisa法测定不同剂量灵芝精粉和孢子粉混合物对S180荷瘤小鼠IL-2、TNF-α含量的影响。结果 小剂量组(0.5mg/kg体重)IL-2和TNF-α水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小剂量的灵芝精粉和孢子粉混合物对荷瘤鼠IL-2、TNF-α均有一定的诱生作用，提示小剂量的灵芝精粉和孢子粉混合物可能通过影响宿主BRM系统而发挥其抑制肿瘤的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the immunity mechanism of anti-tumor effect of Ganoderma Lucidum Extract and Ganoderma Spore.Methods To determine the effect of different dosages of Gandoerma Lucidum Extract and Spore on IL-2 and TNF-( of S180 tumor bearing mice.Results The IL-2 level and TNF-( level in small dosage group of Gandoerma Lucidum Extract and Spore is significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The small dosage group has certain stimulating effect on IL-2 and TNF-( of tumor bearing mice, which suggests that small dosage group of Gandoerma Lucidum Extract and Spore play anti-tumor effect by affecting the host BMR system.Gandoerma Lucidum Extract and Ganoderma Spore might be used for their potential effect on tumor biological therapy which is now widely applied for the adjunct treatment on cancer. The study observe stimulating effect of the small dosage group of Gandoerma Lucidum Extract and Spore on IL-2 and TNF-( of tumor bearing mice with a aim to have a primary exploration on its immunity mechanism of anti-tumor. ......
