     【摘要】目的探讨护理文化建设与患者满意度之间的关系，分析影响患者满意度的原因并探讨其对策。方法加强本科室护士人文关怀理念的培训，对患者发放问卷调查表，将2002年10月～2003年8月与2003年10月～2004年8月我科住院患者满意度进行比较。结果护理文化建设可有效地提高护士的自身素质，改善护士的职业形象，进一步提高护理质量和患者满意度。结论开展以人文关怀为主的护理文化建设可提高患者满意度。

    The influences of nursing cultural construction upon patients satisfaction

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relations between nursing cultural construction and patients satisfaction,identify the factors that affect patients satisfaction and discuss the approaches to improve patients satisfaction.Methods The hospitalized patients during Oct.2002 to Aug.2003 and Oct.2003 to Aug.2004 in our department were divided into one of two groups (group A and group B).Group A was treated before the nursing cultural construction while group B was treated after the nursing cultural construction.The degree of satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The nurses attributes and selfimage were significantly improved after the nursing cultural construction.The degree of satisfaction of patients in group B was much higher than that in group A.Conclusion Cultural construction of nursing can promote the degree of satisfaction of patients. ......
