PCR检测输血传播病毒DNA的临床应用

【摘要】 目的 检测临床病人输血传播病毒(TTV)的感染情况。方法 应用PCR法对613例急慢性肝炎临床标本和100例健康体检者检测TTV DNA，同时检测HBV DNA和HCV RNA。结果 TTV DNA阳性率为3.1%(19/613)，HBV DNA阳性率为38.5%(236/613)，HCV RNA阳性率为11.9%(73/613)。19例TTV DNA(+)中有4例合并HBV DNA(+)，3例合并HCV RNA(+)。健康体检者检出2例TTV DNA(+)。HBV DNA(+)、HCV RNA(+)和HBV DNA(-)HCV RNA(-)人群TTV DNA的检出与健康体检者进行比较，差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 TTV DNA与HBV DNA(+)人群、HCV RNA(+)人群无明显相关性。【关键词】 输血传播病毒；肝炎病毒，乙型；肝炎病毒，丙型；聚合酶链反应

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the infection state of TTV of clinical patients.Methods The 613 clinical specimens of acute and chronic hepatitis and 100 healthy volumteers were detected for TTV DNA by PCR.Meanwhile,HBV DNA and HCV RNA were detected.Results The positive rate of the detection of TTV DNA was 3.1%(19/613).The positive rate of the detection of HBV DNA and HCV RNA was respective 38.5%(236/613) and 11.9%(73/613) in all specimens.4 HBV DNA and 3 HCV RNA were also detected in 19 TTV DNA positivity.2 TTV DNA were detected in healthy volumteers.There was no significant difference between HBV DNA positivity,HCV RNA positivity,HBV DNA negativity,HCV RNA negetivity and healthy volumteers.Conclusion The TTV DNA is not correlated to HBV DNA positivity or HCV RNA positivity. ......
