骨转移癌的放射治疗疗效分析

     【摘要】目的观察骨转移癌的放射治疗疗效,探讨相关预后因素。方法对71例骨转移癌患者进行回顾性分析，所有病例均采用6MV X射线常规外照射放疗。分为两组：一组常规剂量照射2.5Gy/16次，每周5次。另一组常规剂量照射3Gy/10次，每周5次，总剂量30~40Gy。结果全组病例有效率为92.96%(66/71)，无效7.04%(5/71)。1、2组的有效率各为92.31%(24/26)，93.33%(42/45)。两组间止痛效果差异无显著性。结论放射治疗对于骨转移癌的一种有效的对症治疗手段，止痛疗效确切。
