预贮式自体输血在外科手术中的应用

     [摘要] 目的探讨预贮式自体输血在外科手术中的应用, 观察其临床疗效。方法于采血前、采血后、回输血后、出院前检测病人红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(Plt)、网织红细胞(Ret)、血细胞比容(Hct)的变化。结果采血后各项指标较采血前均明显降低，回输血后、出院前各项指标较采血后显著升高(F=2.94~3.15,q=3.52~3.78，P<0.05)。结论预贮式自体输血能够有效避免异体输血，刺激人体造血机制，利于病人的康复。
