【摘 要】 目的 探讨FPM化疗方案术前腹腔化疗在晚期卵巢癌腹水中的应用价值。 方法 对52例晚期卵巢癌合并腹水因肿瘤固定及一般情况差而不能手术治疗患者给予FPM(5-Fu，DDP，MMC)化疗方案术前腹腔化疗—手术治疗。 结果 FPM化疗方案术前腹腔化疗有效地控制了腹水，改善了患者一般状况，使肿瘤松动、缩小，有利于成功进行肿瘤细胞减灭术。 结论 FPM化疗方案术前腹腔化疗能有效控制腹水，提高晚期卵巢癌合并腹水患者肿瘤细胞减灭术的成功率。
