【摘要】 目的 探讨小剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白(IVIG)配合激素治疗小儿原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法 对我院2002～2005年收治的小儿原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)64例患儿随机分为两组，小剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白(IVIG)加激素组(简称治疗组)33例，单纯激素组(简称对照组)31例。IVIG的使用剂量为(167.26±60.07)mg/(kg·d)，激素按常规剂量。比较两组的疗效。结果 治疗组血小板回升至正常时间为(4.57±1.60)天，对照组为(15.14±8.89)天，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 小剂量IVIG加激素治疗ITP，使血小板回升至正常所需时间较单纯使用激素组短，并可及时控制出血、减少输血次数、降低医疗费用，值得临床推广。

    A treatment of child idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura by small dose immunoglobulin

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of small dose intravenous immunoglobulin plus cortic hormone combination treatment for child idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods During 2002～2005,64 patients with ITP were divided into two groups.The thirty-three patients were treated by small dose intravenous immunoglobulin and cortic hormone(called treated groups)and the thirty-one patients,by cortic hormone(called control group).The dosage of intravenous immunoglobulin was(167.26±60.07)mg/(kg d).The dosage of cortic hormone was normality.Results In treated group,thrombocyte rose to normal level in(4.57±1.60)days while the other group needed(15.14±8.89)days.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The treated group needed much shorter time than the control group.Therefore,hemorrhage was controlled in time with fewer blood-transfusion times and less treatment expense. ......
