摘 要：目的：探索后尿道损伤的安全、有效治疗方法。方法：回顾分析80例后尿道损伤患者采用食指引导下，直接放置带有导丝的双腔导尿管行简化的尿道会师加牵引术，行术后尿道扩张，并和对照组比较。结果：全组随访了79例，其中69例排尿正常，治愈率为87.3%；阳萎4例，和对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：在治疗后尿道损伤中，正确应用尿道会师加牵引术，可作为首选方法。

    Analysis of 80 cases of Posterior Urethral Injury Managed by Simplified Wrethral Realigment with Traction

    Abstract： Objective： To investigate a safe and effective management for posterior urethral injury.Methods： Retrospectivlg review of 80 cases of posterior urethral ingjury were treated by simplified urethral realigment with traction.In this operation the two-way catheter with an inner iron line was led by the guardiance of forefinger post operative urethral.dilation was processed properly,And comparing with control group.Results： 79 cases have been followed up and 69 cases can micturate normally,the cure rate being 87.3%.Importence occurred 4 cases.The cure rate and the cases of impotance occurred had significant difference compairing with that control.Conclusion： Urethral realigment with traction seems to be the treatment of choice for posterior urethral injury. ......
