摘要：目的：总结严重腹部闭合性损伤病人的临床观察和护理措施。方法：观察90例严重腹部闭合性损伤病人住院期间的病情变化及护理方法。结果：经细致的观察护理，90例病人中84例治愈出院，2例好转出院，4例死亡，无严重并发症。结论：严密观察病情和准确记录生命体征变化，早期明确诊断，积极有效的护理措施，是抢救严重腹部闭合性损伤病人成功的关键。

    Clinical Observation and Nursing In Severe Abdominal Closed Injury Patients

    Abstract: Objective: To sum up the clinical observation and the experience in the nursing of patients with severe abdominal closed injury. Method: To obsereve of 90 cases in severe abdominal closed injury patients the changes of case and nursing methods in the hospital. Result: The careful observation and nursing. Among 90 cases, 84cases were cured, 2 cases were improvement of their condition, 4 cases died, without maj or complications were occurred. Conclusion: Strictly observation and accurate record the changes of case, early diagnosis and the efficient nursing measures are the keys in the successful rescue of severe abdominal closed injury patients. ......
