【摘 要】 目的 探讨电视腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床价值。 方法 对2001年5月～2003年10月腹腔镜手术治疗的65例异位妊娠的临床资料进行分析。 结果 65例患者手术全部在腹腔镜下进行，无中转开腹，根据腹腔内出血量分两组:Ⅰ组<500ml，Ⅱ组>500ml，经比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间，差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 腹腔镜手术是治疗异位妊娠的一种理想的手术方式，异位妊娠失血性休克不是腹腔镜手术的绝对禁忌证。
