【摘要】 目的 对比观察胃腔充气造影与饮水造影MSCT(multiple slice CT,MSCT)扫描图像质量，评价胃腔充气造影MSCT检查法的优越性。方法 42例健康志愿者分别行胃腔充气造影与饮水造影MSCT扫描，对比观察两种情况下MSCT扫描图像质量。结果 充气造影时胃腔扩张良好，充分显示出腔壁的柔韧性，腔壁厚薄均匀、结构清晰，腔内-外界面对比度好，腔外间隙清晰，三维重建成像可充分显示胃腔形态、轮廓、胃黏膜；而饮水造影时胃腔常不能充分扩张，不能充分显示腔壁的柔韧性，胃壁存在假性增厚现象，腔内-外界面对比度及腔外间隙清晰度较前种方法的差，并且不能进行三维重建成像。结论 胃腔充气造影的MSCT扫描图像可清晰显示胃的解剖结构和功能，图像质量明显优于饮水造影的图像质量，是一种值得推广的检查胃部病变的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective The comparison of the MSCT (multiple slice CT,MSCT) image quality of air-filled to which of water-filled of stomach,and evaluate the MSCT examination method of stomach with air-filled.Methods 42 volunteers were examined their stomach with air-filled and with water-filled respectively by MSCT,then compare the CT image quality of these two methods.Results The CT images of those with air-filled show the stomach distending well,show well the flexility of cavity wall,show the thickness of cavity wall being equality,show distinctly the wall structure,show well the contrast of the interface,and show well the definition of the space outside the stomach,and the 3-D reconstruction display the shape,contour and mucosal of the stomach very well;however,with water-filled,the stomach constantly cann’t distend well,the CT image dose not well show the flexility of the cavity wall and its structures,the wall probably shows pseudo-increasing,the contrast of the interface and the definition of the space outside the stomach shows too badly than former method,furthermore,the method cann’t reconstruct 3-D image.Conclusion The CT image of stomach with air-filled shows well the structure of the stomach and its distending function,and its image quality is far better than that of water-filled,the method is good for examinating stomach lesion. ......
