小儿纵隔肿瘤手术麻醉体会

【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿纵隔肿瘤手术的麻醉处理体会。方法 选择2000年7月～2004年3月小儿纵隔肿瘤切除术8例，年龄21个月～8岁，平均(4.39±2.12)岁，体重10～41.5kg，平均(19.06±6.58)kg。右纵隔肿瘤2例，左纵隔肿瘤6例，其中1例小儿支气管囊肿严重压迫气管致呼吸衰竭。均采用气管内插管静吸复合麻醉。结果 8例纵隔肿瘤手术患儿均成活，无一例出现严重的麻醉并发症。结论 正确的术前评估和准备以及严密的术中监护和管理，才能保证纵隔肿瘤手术患儿的安全。【关键词】 纵隔肿瘤；麻醉管理；小儿
Experiences of anesthesia in operation of paediatric mediastinum tumor

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss some anesthetic experiences in operation of paediatric mediastinum tumor.Methods 8 cases of operation of paediatric mediastinum tumor from July of 2000 to March of 2004 were selected,aged from 13 months to 8 years(4.39±2.12y),weighed from 10kg to 41.5kg(19.06±6.58kg).In these cases,there were two right mediastinum tumors,6 left mediastinum tumors.One of these cases was respiratory failure as the trachea oppressed heavily by the bronchial cyst.All were ansthetized with intravenous and inhalation combined anesthesia.Results All paediatric patients survived without any severe anesthetic complication.Conclusion Appropriate evaluation and preparation preoperation and strict supervision and right management during the operation is very important to ensure the safety of paediatric patients undergoing mediastinum tumor surgery. ......
