【摘要】 目的 观察全麻结合表面麻醉在支撑喉镜下声带手术中的应用效果。方法 对230例声带手术患者随机分为两组，Ⅰ组采用全麻，Ⅱ组采用全麻结合表面麻醉，观察麻醉前，给药后1min、置喉镜后1min、3min、5min及苏醒后的血压、心率及并发情况。结果 Ⅱ组病例的心血管反应明显好于Ⅰ组病例。结论 在支撑喉镜下声带手术中采用全麻结合表面麻醉，操作简单，有效、安全，优于以往的麻醉方法，更适用于支撑喉镜下声带手术。
