牛初乳粉对实验性糖尿病大鼠的影响

摘要:目的:探讨牛初乳粉对正常大鼠及糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响及对大鼠糖尿病的预防作用。方法:(1)给正常大鼠及糖尿病大鼠各灌胃3个不同剂量的牛初乳粉(BCP)溶液5周,分别测定1周、2周、3周、4周、5周时的血糖、体重,再测定5周时糖尿病大鼠的血脂。(2)给大鼠灌胃3个不同剂量的BCP溶液15 d后,腹腔注射链脲霉素(STZ)55 mg/kg。注射后第7天测定体重、血糖;第14天除上述指标外,再测定血脂(饮水量在注射后第6、13天测量)。 结果:(1)3个剂量的BCP对正常大鼠的血糖无影响。4周时BCP 3个剂量组的血糖均低于STZ组,第5周的结果与第4周相似。BCP 3个剂量组大鼠的体重、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)与STZ组相比差异无统计学意义。5周时高剂量BCP组的总胆固醇(TC)低于STZ组,与对照组的差异无统计学意义。(2)注射STZ后第7、14天,中剂量BCP组的血糖均低于STZ组。第13天中剂量组的饮水量少于STZ组。第14天BCP各组的体重、胸腺指数与 STZ组相比差异无统计学意义,5组之间的血脂差异无统计学意义。结论:(1)牛初乳粉具有降低STZ糖尿病大鼠的血糖及总胆固醇的作用,此作用与剂量、时间有关,而对正常大鼠的血糖无影响。(2) 一定剂量的牛初乳粉具有预防STZ糖尿病大鼠的高血糖及改善糖尿病“多饮”症状的效应。关键词: 牛初乳; 糖尿病; 链脲霉素
Effect of bovine colostrums powder on experimental diabetic rats

Abstract: Objective: To study the influence of bovine colostrums powder (BCP) to normal rats and diabetic rats and to study preventive effect of BCP on diabetes. Methods: (1)The solutions of three different doses of BCP were administered orally to normal rats and diabetic rats for 5 weeks. At the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th week of BCP administration, body weight and blood glucose were measured. At the 5th week, blood lipids were determined besides the indices mentioned above. (2) The solutions of three different doses of BCP were administered orally to normal rats for 15 days. Then streptozocin (STZ) 55 mg/kg were injected intraperitoneally to the rats. At the 7th day of STZ injection, body weight, blood glucose were measured, and at the 14th day, blood triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol (TC) were determined besides the indices mentioned above. Water consumption was recorded at the 6th and 13th day after STZ injection. Results: (1) There were no influence of three different doses of BCP to blood glucose of normal rats. At the 4th week, blood glucose in three different doses of BCP groups with injection of STZ were lower than that in group with STZ injection only. The result at the 5th week was similar with that at the 4th week. Body weight, TG and HDLC levels in groups with supplement of different dose BCP did not change compared with STZinjected group without BCP supplement. At the 5th week, TC in group with administration of highdose of BCP were lower than that in group with STZ injection only and were not higher than that in control group. (2) At the 7th and 14th days after injection of STZ, blood glucose in group with administration of middledose of BCP were lower than that in group with STZ injection only. Water consumption in the former group was less than in the latter group. Body weight and ratio of thymus to body weight in groups with supplement of different dose BCP did not increase compared with STZinjected group without BCP supplement at the 14th day of STZ injection. There were no difference in blood triglyceride, cholesterol among all groups. Conclusion: (1)BCP could decrease blood glucose and TC of STZinduced diabetic rats, and this effect was associated with dose and period of time. There were no influence of three different doses of BCP to blood glucose of normal rats. (2) Oral administration of middledose BCP for 15 days could decrease hyperglycemia and polydipsia in diabetic rats induced by injection of STZ. ......
