Abstract:Theses and dissertations are important part of science and technology information.This article introduces the present status of domestic and foreign electronic theses and dissertations full text databases，as well as analyses the problems in domestic ETD databases construction，such as the collection scope，ETD format，record contents and program coordination.
Finally，pertinent suggestions are put forward.

[摘要]目的: 探讨Mammotome乳腺旋切系统在乳腺疾病诊断和治疗中的应用价值。 方法: 应用Mammotome对112例乳腺良、恶性肿瘤进行切除和活检，并对其结果进行评价。 结果: 病理诊断乳腺纤维瘤82例，乳腺癌22例，乳腺囊性增生症6例，重度不典型增生2例。2例术中皮肤破损，3例出现较大血肿，1例术后2d切口及针道发红经抗炎治疗后消退，5例皮下轻度青紫。 结论: Mammotome乳腺旋切活检系统具有手术微创、定性准确、切口隐蔽、不需缝合、康复快等优点，在乳腺疾病诊断和治疗中具有很高的应用价值。
