【摘要】 目的 评价消化道圆型吻合器在食管癌和贲门癌手术中的应用。方法 我们在1998年8月～2005年8月期间应用圆型吻合器对1260例食管、贲门癌切除后进行机械吻合。其中男680例，女580例；年龄17～88岁。食管癌720例，贲门癌540例。食管胃颈部吻合12例，胸顶吻合98例，弓上吻合560例，弓下吻合590例。结果 术后出现吻合口瘘6例(0.5%)，发生术后吻合口狭窄20例(1.6%)，术中吻合出现器械故障19例(1.5%)。结论 消化道圆型吻合器在上消化道重建手术中是安全可靠的，机械吻合是减少术后吻合口瘘的有效技术。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of circular stapler in upper digestive tract reconstruction.Methods We present a retrospective review of 1260 patients with carcinoma of esophagus and cardia undergoing a stapled esophagogastric anastomosis from Aug 1998 to Aug 2005.There were 680 males and 580 females with age ranged from 17 to 88 years.Carcinoma of esophagus were present in 720 patients and carcinoma of gastric cardia in 590 patients.The anastomosis were performed in the cervical region in 12 cases，thoracic apex in 98 cases，superior aortic in 560 cases and inferior aortic in 590 cases.Results Anastomotic leakage occurred in 6 patients with an overall incidence of 0.5% ......
