Graves′眼病放射治疗的近期疗效观察

     摘要：目的：探讨放射治疗Graves′眼病的近期疗效和安全性。方法：19例Graves′眼病患者接受2 000 cGy/10 f 的球后放疗。眼部症状和体征使用SPECS分级法。对治疗前后的SPECS评分和眼眶CT扫描的结果进行分析。结果： 89%的患者软组织炎症表现改善；63.2%的患者眼球运动改善；78.9%的患者突眼(回缩1~3 mm)有改善。未观察到与放疗相关的不良反应。结论：放疗是Graves′眼病的有效治疗方法，患者耐受性好，无明显不良反应。

    Shortterm results of radiotherapy for patients

    with Graves′ ophthalmopathy

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluated the effect of radiotherapy (RT) for Graves' ophthalmopathy (GO). Methods: 19 patients with GO received 2 000 cGy RT to the bilateral retrobulbar regions in 10 fractions. The effectiveness were analyzed by NOSPECS score and CT scan before and after the treatment. Results: Improvement was 89.5% for softtissue findings. 63.2% for extraocular muscle dysfunction. 78.9% for proptosis. No complications was observed. Conclusions: RT was well tolerated, and no side effects of RT was observed. RT is an effective treatment for GO. ......
