恶性肿瘤患者血清C—反应蛋白检测的临床意义

【摘要】 目的 探讨C—反应蛋白(CRP)在恶性肿瘤患者血清中的变化水平及其临床价值。方法 采用免疫散射比浊法测定210例不同类型恶性肿瘤患者及45例健康体检者的血清CRP水平并进行比较分析。结果 210例恶性肿瘤患者血清CRP水平明显高于健康体检者(对照组)，且升高水平与肿瘤的临床分期相关。结论 血清CRP水平的测定在恶性肿瘤的诊断及预后判断上有临床价值。【关键词】 C—反应蛋白；恶性肿瘤
The clinical value of Creactive protein in patients with malignant tumor

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate serum Creactive protein (CRP) levels in patients with malignant tumor and study its clinical significance.Methods The levels of serum CRP in 210 patients with malignant tumor and 45 healthy persons were measured by emulsive immunodiffusion.They were analyzed by statistical method.Results The levels of CRP in patients with malignant tumor were elevated higher and related to stages of the disease lesion.Conclusion The detection of serum CRP are helpful for diagnosis and prognosis in patients with malignant tumor.
