【摘要】 目的 观察重组水蛭素治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法 将98例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各49例。两组均静脉滴注川芎嗪，口服阿司匹林、尼莫地平等治疗。治疗组应用重组水蛭素；对照组应用低分子肝素钙(LMWH),比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为91.84%，对照组总有效率为73.47%，两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 重组水蛭素较低分子肝素治疗急性缺血性脑卒中有较好的疗效。【关键词】 重组水蛭素；低分子肝素钙；急性缺血性脑卒中
Observation of the effect of acute ischemic stroke treated with rhirudin

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acute ischemic stroke treated with rhirudin.Methods 98 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,(49 patients each group).Two groups’ patients were injected with liguatrazini phosphatis,administered with oral aspirine and nimodipine.The treatment group was treated with r-hirudin;The control group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin [LMWH].Then the effect of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate treatment group was 91.84%.That of the control group was 73.47%.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acute ischemic stroke treated with rhirudin is better than that of LMWH. ......
