【摘要】 目的 验证FXR1P与Bcl-2 相关转录因子1 (Bcl-2-associated transcription factor 1，Btf )蛋白质的相互作用。方法 将利用酵母双杂交系统进行胎脑cDNA文库筛选出的蓝色克隆提取酵母质粒后转化大肠杆菌Top10，利用氨苄抗生素抗性筛选转化有AD/Library质粒的转化子，扩增后小量提取质粒，醋酸锂法小量转化酵母Y187，AD/Library/Y187与pGBKT7/FXR1/AH109进行一对一酵母配合，用β-半乳糖苷酶滤膜分析检测，将阳性克隆的AD/Library质粒测序，对测序结果进行生物信息学分析。结果 阳性克隆测序结果生物信息学分析显示为Btf基因。结论 FXR1P与Btf有相互作用。
