当归补血口服液对肿瘤患者生活质量及免疫功能影响的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 观察中药对肿瘤患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法 将97例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组49例，对照组48例，治疗组用中药当归补血口服液配合全身化疗进行治疗，并与单纯化疗组对照，两组化疗方案相同。结果 两组治疗效果差异无显著性(P>0.05)，而治疗组患者的生活质量指标：Karnofsky评分、体重变化情况、症状缓解情况等，以及机体免疫功能方面，均较对照组明显为优(P<0.05)。结论 中药当归补血口服液对晚期肿瘤患者改善生活质量、提高免疫功能有明显疗效。【关键词】 恶性肿瘤；生活质量；免疫学参数；当归补血汤口服液；中医
Clinical study of Danggui buxue koufuye on cancer patients’ quality of life

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbal tonicsDanggui buxu ekoufuye in improving quality of life and enhancing the immunological function of the cancer patients.Methods Ninetyseven patients with advanced nonesmall cell lung cancer were divided randomly into control group(49 cases)and treatment group(48 cases).Chemotherapy is the only measure taken in the control group while the same chemotherapy was used in the treatment group in additional to Danggui buxue koufuye.Results The effective rate between two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).Karnofsky evaluation mark,patients’ weight change,patients’ syndromes relieved,and immunological function of patients in the treatment group was significant discrepancy than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Danggui buxue koufuye can significantly improve quality of life and enhance the immunological function of the cancer patients at their advanced stage. ......
