[摘要]目的:观察高压氧(HBO)暴露对小鼠肺组织匀浆中髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase, MPO)活力的影响,探讨肺型氧中毒小鼠肺组织炎症的变化规律。方法:采用健康新生C57BL/6小鼠吸入3kPa高压氧复制肺型氧中毒模型,32只小鼠随机分为4组,为正常对照组,850 UPTD组,1 100 UPTD组和高压常氧组。分别观察肺组织中MPO活力。结果:高压氧暴露组MPO活力较对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高压常氧组MPO活力与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺型氧中毒小鼠肺组织匀浆中多形核白细胞(polymorphonuclear, PMN)活力明显增高,并且炎症的程度与氧暴露剂量有关。[关键词]高压氧;肺型氧中毒;髓过氧化物酶
Effects of HBO exposure on MPO activity in pulmonary tissue homogenate of mice

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen on myeloperoxidase activity in the pulmonary tissue homogenate of mice with pulmonary oxygen toxicity and explore changes in lung tissue inflammation of mice with pulmonary oxygen toxicity. Methods: Pulmonary oxygen toxicity model was duplicated with a 304 kPa pressure exposure profile. 32 newly-born and healthy C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the control group, the 850 UPTD group, the 1 100 UPTD group, and the normal O2 group. Then, the MPO activity in the pulmonary tissue homogenate was measured respectively. Results: The MPO activity of HBO treated groups increased significantly than that of the control group(P<0.01),whereas the MPO activity of the normal O2 group was insignificant when compared with that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions: Experiments show that significant elevation could be observed in the pulmonary tissue homogenate of mice, and the extent of inflammation might be closely correlated with oxygen exposure dosage. ......
