     摘要：目的探讨4种给药方案治疗细菌性阴道病所产生的效果。方法选择我院门诊细菌性阴道病患者188例，随机分为4组，分别给予A组保妇康栓、B组双唑泰栓、C组环丙沙星栓、D组裸花紫珠栓，运用药物经济学方法进行分析。结果A组方案成本最低并且疗效好。结论保妇康栓治疗细菌性阴道炎不仅疗效好、成本低、副作用小，并且解决当今临床上抗生素的耐药性问题有积极作用。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo estimate the cost-effectiveness of four administrations in the treatment of bacteria vaginitis.Methods188 out-patient in our hospital with bacterial vaginitis were randomly divided into 4 groups receiving Baofukang suppositories, Shuangzuotai suppositories,Ciprofloxacin suppositories, Iuohuazizhu suppositories respectively.ResultsThe cost of Baofukang suppositories with good efficency is the lowest.ConclusionWith good effect, low cost and little side effect of administration, Baofukang suppositories may play an active role in solving the problem of the antibiotics tolerance in clinic nowadays. ......
