【摘 要】 目的 观察糖尿病肾病(DN)中血小板数量和体积的变化。 方法 将2型糖尿病(2DM)、DN患者、正常人分组，进行血小板数量、体积测定，并进行统计学比较。 结果 DN患者血小板数量较2DM患者、正常人明显增加。DN患者血小板体积亦较2DM患者，正常人明显增加。 结论 DN时血小板的数量、体积均发生明显改变，在DN的发生、发展中起一定作用。因此，抗血小板的治疗可能减缓DN的进展。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of the quantity and volume of the blood platelet in diabetic nephropathy.Methods Patients of DN and normal persons were divided into two groups，with the quantity and volume of their blood platelet mea-sured and compared statistically.The quantity and volume of the blood platelet of patients with DN were evidently higher than the normal group.Results The quantity and volume of the blood platelet in diabetic nephropathy may change evidently and take effect in DN.Conclusion The treatment aimed at the blood platelet may slow down the development of DN.
