板蓝根高极性部位增强F022抗内毒素活性的研究

摘要:目的研究板蓝根高极性部位(Ftp)与板蓝根F022部位协同抗内毒素作用。方法ELISA法检测内毒素刺激鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)水平,内毒素致BCG增敏小鼠死亡实验。结果Ftp联合F022处理巨噬细胞,能显著抑制TNF-α和IL-6水平,效果优于单用F022组;Ftp联用F022显著延长BCG增敏小鼠受内毒素攻击后的存活时间。结论Ftp本身抗内毒素活性较弱,但与F022部位合用,可进一步增强F022部位的抗内毒素作用。关键词:板蓝根; 抗内毒素活性; TNF-α; IL-6

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the anti-endotoxin synergistic effect of top-polar fraction (Ftp)and F022 from Radix Isatidis. MethodsThe production of TNF-α and IL-6 of murine peritoneal macrophages stimulated by LPS was measured by ELISA. The lethality of BCG-primed mice was induced by LPS.ResultsFtp and F022 was added simultaneously to macrophages culture 1h before addition of LPS, Production was remarkably inhibited. Ftpand F022 remarkably protected BCG-primed mice from LPS induced lethality.ConclusionThese results suggest that Ftp can develop the anti-endotoxin activity of F022 from Radix Isatidis. ......
